Very disappointed! Ordered a tulip display for a friend's 60th birthday but what arrived was a few tulips in a mass of cheap wildflowers. Not what was shown in their promotional photo.

Very easy to order; and the flower delivery was within a few hours. My friend sent me photographs of the bouquet and, as I upsized this; I am not quite as pleased as I thought I would be with the flowers. Lots of foliage and "packing" and not so many flowers. One orange rose... when I believed that the bouquet was lilacs and pinks (No.10 flower arrangement).

Beautiful bouquet, lemon drops, exactly as pictured on the website. Prompt delivery. Lovely quality blooms. Recipient was over the moon. So pleased with this florist Ive now ordered Mothers Day flowers for my mother in law. Only a little more expensive than Next or M&S but far superior in quality. Definitely recommend.

I love this shop. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly. I messed up my order by putting on the wrong address and they phoned to check it. I didn't say what name I wanted on the card. They called to check. They read my message and suggested a different bouquet than I ordered. So pleased they did as My friend was absolutely thrilled at her bouquet. Thank you so much.

They communicated brilliantly when my order needed to be adjusted, keeping me fully informed throughout. The orchid they selected was absolutely beautiful even better than I expected and they were able to accommodate my specific delivery requirements without any issues, even though this is something they cannot garuntee.
